Handmade stoneware sculpture of a banyan tree created to hold a pillar or a tea candle. The banyan trees grow all over the world, each with unique crevasses and roots. The model for this tree was in Sydney, Australia. The species there is known as Moreton Bay Fig Tree or the Australian Banyan. The sculpture stands about 8 inches high and is approximately 8 inches across the tree's roots. It looks fantastic as a table centerpiece, with or without a candle.
