Night Owl is a 4 x 8 inch handcrafted tile made in my studio in Milford, Ohio. It is made using a method for tile that dates back well over a hundred years. The great horned owl tile is created using multiple under glazes and glazes. There is a cavity in the back of each tile to make it easy to hang on any nail but it also looks good framed or installed in a fireplace or backsplash.  It is approximately 3/8ths inch thick in the flat areas.
